Changelog:

- Added a new RCR process. Sif works differently now and may only be used to rebuild the same character, but will do a larger refund of XP. Transfers to new characters must involve a DM.

REQUIREMENTS:
- New Character Must Be Same Gender
- New Character Must Be Same Race
- New Character Must Have Same First Name / Last Name (At Time of Rebuild)

TRANSFERRED:
- All Bank Stored Items & Stored Gold
- 75% Experience Transferred
- 25% Experience Transferred as Bonus XP
- Kemo BIO (Not Profile Picture)
- RPXP Counter
- BXP & AXP

LOST:
- All items in your inventory that are not banked
- All gold in your inventory that is not banked
- Any tails or custom bic edits a DM granted you (ask a DM to get this back)

- Added a new DM command to lock the server while testing major changes
- Added a new DM command for setting BXP during rebuilds
- Added server config option to start up with/without a password
- Added Trolls Blood component to Ice Trolls. These can be alchemized into Fortification Essence like the Crystal Golem Dust.

-Added Dagger of Acid, Mace of Lightning and Quarterstaff of Fire to Yinax.

- Fix Duplicate Name Issue
When a duplicate name is created on the same account (Accidentally or Intentionally) We will now patch the bic and database so the bic is no longer broken and unable to be used.
The player will also be informed they have a character by that name already and should delete it or contact a DM.

- Ghost Warrior (CR9) updated, no more DR 10 and regen
- Removed smite good from Ghost Warrior (monsters should never metagame), reduced health slightly.
- More spider experiments for Split Tunnels specifically (two new spider types replacing existing ones)
- Fire Beetles now have small fire damage
- Added 2d10 massive crits to the enchantable properties.

- Adjusted XP scale to give you more XP unless you are crazy overleveled (13+).
- Driftglobes can be recharged using the spell Light, illuminating wherever they are carried
- Tweaked Essence requirements for Potions and Wands. Level 3 spells now use Eldritch Essence instead of Fortification Essence.
- Added a Crafter's Wand to Yinax's Store - Similar to the Brewer's Alembic this can be used to check the prices and essences needed for crafting a wand.
- Enabled the crafting proficiency minifeats
- Fixed price modifier for wands of Cure Serious Wounds to be 0.5x, not 0.05x
- Minor fix to Flint and Steel - added a small delay to re-equipping the new lantern when used on an equipped lantern. Hopefully this will make it re-ignite without needing to be re-equipped manually.
- Fixed issues with some server errors showing when people tried to rebuild
- Added new Wand Crafting System. Similar to the Potion Brewing
Same formula as Potion Brewing, except the cost is multiplied by 40

Essence requirements for wands are increased to 10
Level 1 spells: 10 Skill Essences
Level 2 spells: 10 Soul Essences
Level 3 spells: 10 Eldritch Essence
Level 4 spells: 10 Fortification Essence
Kaedrin's spells can be crafted (I hope?).
Domain granted spells can be crafted.
Please report any bugs, spells that cannot be wanded, or prices that look wildly incorrect

- Added Driftglobes to Yinax's Store
- Driftglobes will mark themselves as plot when you use them so they won't get destroyed if you use up all of the charges.
- Driftglobes can be recharged by casting light on the inventory item (not on the summon itself.) Jerks can drain them of charges instead by casting darkness on it. Why would you do such a horrible thing though?
- Fixed price of Crafter's Wand in Yinax's Store
- Increased the chance for random scrolls to appear in Yinax's Store
- Removed the chance for some things like Rods of Resurrection to appear in Yinax's Store

- Hides updated for Thorn Spiders
- Hopefully fixes the invalid Tileset piece (in ChangeRoom)
- Fixed MoR sunbeam's Improved Evasion check
- Moved Belts and Boots Enchanting to Craft Wondrous Item so the two branches are more equal in the # of slots they affect
- Translated DMFI language text should now have colored emotes/ooc text too.
- Small fix to disarm code - makes sure the pc has acquired the disarmed weapon before destroying the one on the ground (For instances where they have a full inventory)
- The summoned driftglobes can now be targetted with Light and Darkness spells.
- Set a switch that should allow creatures to be more willing to use their AOE damaging spells/abilities.
- Yinax now has two stores - one for scrolls and one for other magical goods.
- Added a special sword for testing special things.
- Spellhook changed to allow per-creature cast at scripts that can also prevent the spells from completing.
- Haste Potions only affect the drinker.
- Haste Potions, Wands and Scrolls no longer apply Swiftblade Bonuses.
- Slight changes to PM summons
- Added new medkits. They are cheaper and can't be used in combat. No Take20 on them but they have higher bonuses.
- Put new medkits in the stores and loot tables
- Neutralize Poison now removes stat penalties like Remove Disease
- Lion of Talisid has been removed.

- Loot chests now check to see whether you are vastly overleveled for the dungeon
- Yinax's scroll store prices have decreased somewhat
- Enchanting system fixes for glove enchantments. Bracers are now treated as weapons.
- Medkits won't activate on non-creatures and won't get consumed by it
- Modified CreatureFX Daze effect
- Tweaked Dinosaur Companion and Will o Wisp creep distance.
- Added some debug feedback to TripVine and wand crafting bug testing

- Thorn spider and Mummy experiments
- Updated prices on Crafter's Wand and Brewer's Alembic
- Updated Driftglobe special ability to not require the player to target themselves
- Fixed the Driftglobe On Cast At script name
- Added a Brewer's Cauldron. This enables a potion brewer to create multiple potions with a single cast. Using the special ability will let you select how many potions to create. Then target the cauldron with a spell just like you were brewing a potion. You still require a potion bottle, gold and essences for each potion being made.
- Tweaked brewing and wand creation costs (Lower)
- Added Lesser Wands. These will create wands with 10 charges. Essence and Gold costs are proportionally reduced from their Big Wand brethren.
- Lowered the prices of the Medkits. There was a discrepancy between their prices in the toolset and their prices in-game causing them to cost more in-game than the old ones when they should cost less.
- Increased the effectiveness of Medkits. They now heal an additional amount up to the skill of the player, becoming: D20 + HEAL_SKILL + Random(HEAL_SKILL) + KitBonus
- Medkits can cure Poisons and Diseases. They can also remove the stat penalty from these if the healer rolls high enough when it removes the disease/poison. Once the disease or poison is gone they will not be able to cure the stat damage however.
- Additional CraftWand debugging code attrached to the Crafter Wand to try to help track down an issue.
- Blank Scrolls, Potion Bottles and Bone Wands are now stackable
- Item creation scripts modified to remove an item from the stack instead of destroy it.
- Crafting update - if an item only has the Masterwork Stacking AC or EB bonus and no other AC/EB bonus you can now place a non-stacking AC/EB formula on the item.
- Added secret DM toys

- Modified how the loot scripts handle the Boss Chest variable to improve loot quality.
- Created some Boss Chests in: Black Tankard Basement, Beetle Lair/Infested Pit, Split Tunnels, Ancient Ruin.
- Modified Yinax/Joselyn's stores again. Hopefully the changes will actually stick this time.
- Modified Spellhook to exit early if a custom Creature's OnSpellCastAt script returns FALSE.
- Lion of Talisid has been disabled.
- Crafting update - if an item only has the Masterwork Stacking AC or EB bonus and no other AC/EB bonus you can now place a non-stacking AC/EB onto the item.
- New Gold Skull Coins Added (Give Players Full 100% RCR)
- DM Command added:
(Target a player then type 'token_fullrcr')
- Database has already been prepped
- Rapidshot no longer disabled for Heavy Crossbow
- Custom Tileset Texture Entry
- Set +2D4 elemental damage properties to be disenchantable.
- Added a chance to roll another minor property on top of the weapon material minor property.
- DeathDebtXP should no longer increase when killing low/no xp value monsters.

- modified Kaedrin's Reserve Feats to realize that Spirit Shamans exist and that they should be considered when determining the DC of the reserve feat spell effect
- Reserve Feats now recognize K's Orb spells.
- Reserve Feats recognize that Wall of Fire prepared by a Druid/SpiritShaman is a lvl 5 spell
- Updated walkmesh in Magic Caves - the rock cluster in front of the final chamber hopefully no longer blocks line of sight.
- fix to creaturefx_death spawning code
- Fix to slimelings so their corpses will decay
- Fixed more Subspells for crafting. Energy Shield, Energy Weapon, Scorching Ray and some others.
- Fixed the "name" of the Dispel subspells to say what they are instead of just "Hostile". "SomeWizard is casting Hostile" isn't very useful combat log information.
- Adjusted the gold value of spell slots and spell resistance properties to be in line with AC/EB bonuses of that tier.
- Removed the glow from some boss chests.
- Umberhulk Larva corpses now decay.
- Added more commoner's housing
- Added a second Warehouse
- Some other areas (Faction related)
- Fixed iprp_immuncost. Hopefully there will be fewer amulets of Damage Immunity: Cold Rangers. Cold Rangers can rest easy. All Elemental Rangers can rest easy. So can Cold Wizard.
- Added a regular mansion area
- Hopefully a fix to allow the DCMB/ACME/GBX/Trin/MP categories to be accessed by all armor types.
- Added !glow command for subraces that can glow.
- Adjusted the amount and locations of chests in Black Tankard Basement
- DMs no longer need the feats/essences to do potion/wand/scroll crafting.

- Shield spell can now be crafted at caster lvl 5
- Set more subspells to be craftable.
- Subspells of the Shade/Shadow Conjuration line can be used to craft the spells that they are shadowing. For example "Shadow Conjuration Mage Armor" can be used to create wands of "Mage Armor".
- The Summon Shadow/Shade subspells of Shade/Shadow Conjuration can be used to create a wand/scroll of the Shadow Conjuration spell.
- Increased RPXP rates by 20% for all levels that were below 100%
- Minor bug fixes to loot system
- Auction House listing fee was reduced from 15% to 5%. Minimum commission fee is 50gp.
- Added "Magic Ink" to Yinax's Shop. This can be used to determine the price, caster level and reagents when scribing a scroll or tome.
- Added "Blank Tome" to Yinax's Shop. They are used just like scrolls, cast a spell on it to create a learnable Spell Tome.
- Implemented Scroll and Tome scribing
- Scrolls are cheaper to make - they require no essences and cannot be learned from. They will be scribed at the highest level that the crafter is capable of scribing the spell at.
- Tomes are more expensive to make - they require an essence and wizards can use them to learn the spell. Tomes will be created at the lowest possible caster level for that spell.
- All loot/store items will be Tomes and should be marked as such. [fingers crossed]
- Crafted druid spell wands/scrolls will have Spirit Shaman added to the Useable by restrictions.
- Scroll/Tome pricing might be adjusted in the future. Current values are not final.
- Maybe re-enabled Crafting Proficiency Minifeats?
- Boss chests in the following dungeons will 100% spawn at least 1 magic item per level-appropriate player per reset: black tankard, beetles, goblin camp in split tunnels, ancient ruins
- Characters doing dungeons at 4 or more levels below the dungeon CR range will find drastically reduced rewards
- Frost Salamanders now drop components.

- Tweaks to chance for gold to appear in loot.
- Tweaks to how much gold appears in loot.
- Fixed Scroll Crafting Proficiency 1 Minifeat.
- Fixed it so Yinax no longer erases the spell description on Spell Tomes as he adds them to his store.
- Made the dispel subspells craftable
- Adjustment to Spell level 4-6 slots appearing on gear.
- Added 15, 20, 30, 40% damage immunity values to iprp_immuncost.2da
- Changed elemental immunities on loot to be 10/15/20% for Tier 1, 2, 3. Amulets are 15/20/25%
- It is now more likely for level 2-3 spell slots to show up before level 15.
- Loot system: Raised the minimum item value before something is marked as Unidentified. This should catch more of the mundane items.
- Exploding bombadier beetles will now damage their beetle friends. Fun!
- Blank Tomes are no longer marked as stolen.
- Blank Tome description updated to mention that they require an essence to create.
- Stores updated.
- Boss Chest added to CR3 Slime cave.
- Added slimey zombies and The Slime Hole for testing, CR4-5 area
- Added Infused Slime crafting component, distills into Soul Essence.
- Chests in the Haunted Apartments upgraded to match the CR of the area. They were marked as CR7 instead of CR9.
- Added boss chest to Haunted Apts.
- Added boss chests to most CR9 and lower areas.
- Modified Kaedrin's Reserve Feats to realize that Spirit Shamans exist. It will no longer think that a Spirit Shaman using a reserve feat is a level 0 character with no spellcasting stats.
- Updated walkmesh in Magic Caves - the rock cluster in front of the final chamber hopefully no longer blocks line of sight.
